I got a home from clayton homes that I had about ten years now . A they home insurance for a mobile home is riduclious and the insurance on my home go up every year and the name of their insurance ageny that they gave me was Home first agency inc. And their insurance is too high. Is their any other insurance company that will take insurance on a mobile home.

I’m about to rent a 1988 model mobile home, it’s in good shape but the outside is dirty! When I say dirty I mean FILTHY. I’m confident that there is a product that I can buy locally, not off the net, that can thoroughly clean and restore it, I just can’t find it. LOL, does anyone have any tips or product suggestions? I would prefer that it be something you’ve done or used before with good results so I don’t waste my time or effort. Thanks in advance!!

that you still owe money on? husband and I need to move now. mobile home-bought for 35k-owe 23k still on it. owe 16k on land. I know the renters cannot destroy the land BUT they can the house.
Is this a crazy idea to rent it out for 900 a month?(300 a room) plus bills?
