Once the mobile home is over 25 years old, though, it's depreciated to NO value, and no insurance company will give you insurance on it. The COST of that insurance goes up, a lot, as the mobile home ages, because, well, those things rust out, and fall apart. Just like a car. Honest! Most of the crud will be easy enough to remove with just a sponge and some soapy water, but for the tough spots ... the Magic Eraser is your answer. That thing really IS 'magic' and really does 'erase' stuff you never thought you could remove. I've used it on everything from crusty plastic porch furniture to stainless appliances to stubborn scuff marks on walls and floors ... there's not much it can't do! Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
