What a shame you can hear the horrible loud neighbors.
Do you have a 16×80 2 bedroom 2 bathroom one bedroom on each side of the house, No front kitchen or living room i hate hallways in 2 bedrooms.
id replace all carpet but still a great bargan
It’s nice but I would rather have tile and carpet , I am not big on wood flooring but still nice home.
That master bedroom is huge.
The inside looks awesome.

Yes. The best part about these homes is you can move them anywhere.
@WisconsinRebals2010 I agree, although most mobile homes are only moved once in their lifetime.
This one is in Kentucky and land is pretty cheap there right now. It actually costs about the same to move it as you would pay for one acre of land. But it’s a nice way to live within your means.
I wonder why land cost more in the small towns and in the bigger towns it’s cheaper.
Still needs new siding and a black stove.
Needs new carpet in Bedrooms, hallway, and living room, and then ceiling fans with lights in master bedroom, front bedroom, and living room.
The master bathroom needs tile not carpet after all that it will be nice.
I would also put brand new windows in the home that way all the windows are brand new.
