my father passed away on the 16th and we lost his Social Security which was paying most of the rent.
The mobile home we live in isn’t in too good of condition and the companies that buy them won’t touch it because of the space rent. we offered to trade the home for 1 months rent to give us time til February to get out on the 23rd and the 28th, but have received no answer. so now we are 800$ short on rent due tomorrow that will be late on the 6th.

so the 2 part question is "What the heck do we do?" and "How can we get rid of the mobilehome with no money since apparently no one will take it?"
I should of been more specific but I’m really stressed out.

There are 7 of us, My Disabled Mother, My Brother , My Wife, My 3 kids and Myself.
My mother receives Disability so we won’t receive any of my father’s retirement. also i have two part time jobs and my wife has one and we were barely making it before we lost his income. the jobs here are between slim and none and the rent just keeps getting higher. i lost my FT job in june 2008 and my brother lost his in July of this year.
We are in Anaheim, CA and will be moving to Ohio with family and really cheap rent but we need our taxes in early February to fund the move.
i will try the welfare thing, but when we applied for cash-aid back in August when the rent went up another 0 we were told we made too much

so yeah…
